Fairtrade Fortnight - Get Involved!
27th February – 13th March
Fairtrade Fortnight 2012 is fast approaching and we want this to be the best one yet – with your help we can make it happen!
Fairtrade Fortnight is a time to raise awareness of the need for a fairer way to trade, show support for farmers and producers around the world and celebrate Wales’ commitment as the world’s first Fair Trade Nation.
We are planning an exciting programme of activities and events across Wales and there are lots of opportunities for you to get involved:
Ø Volunteering:
Are you passionate about Fair Trade? Would you like to support a Fair Trade event in your area? Why not join the Fair Trade fun and volunteer with us during Fairtrade Fortnight. You can choose to give an hour, a day or however long you want!
Ø Fairtrade Fortnight Internships:
Want to go one step further? You can apply for an internship with us to gain valuable experience of working with the Fair Trade movement. If you have a passion for Fair Trade and think you’ve got what it takes to support this exciting campaign over the next few months an internship with Fair Trade Wales might just be what you’re looking for.
If you feel you have any of the below skills, Fair Trade Wales would be delighted to hear from you.
